We are currently looking for someone to join our customer support team in Barcelona. Our preferred candidate is someone proactive, creative when looking for solutions and that puts our customers before anything else. You would be joining a young team of passionate email marketers backed up with a strong team in Holland and Sweden.
The Email Marketing Specialist has the following responsibilities:
- Managing incoming calls and emails requests from our customers;
- Train our customers in the use of Webpower platform;
- Help users actively with issues that may arise with the daily use of the platform;
- Set up environments, campaigns and mailings for customers;
- Constantly supervise our customer’s satisfaction level;
- Support the sales team on routing their needs to the development team.
Skills and experience
- Have a proven track record managing emails campaigns internally or for customers from an Email Service Provider or a marketing agency;
- Have a proven experience with emailing platforms: email campaign flows, email structure and deliverability basics;
- HTML basic knowledge would be a plus;
- Excellent data analysis skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Spanish native speaker, fluent in English.
